Our Balcony Project
On the left was our ugly balcony last summer and my pathetic attempt to spruce it up. I came out here about 3 times all summer.
On the right is our updated balcony!

| We added an outdoor carpet to cover the rotting, nail filled wood. The bistro set is from Ikea and the cupboard was from Canton (used to be in kitchen). We added a few balcony flower boxes and lights. |

It cost us about $290 for our little remodel- but next year we will have all the supplies we need except more plants and soil!
Gardening tip: We planted ours WAY too close, the few extras that ended up in their own pots did a lot better. They all grew really well, but we haven't gotten much of a harvest. At least its green outside!
